On a beautiful and sunny Sunday morning, September 11, 2005, many Thank You's and heartfelt pats on the back were proudly given as the Tewksbury 9-11 Memorial was officially dedicated. Many, many tears were shed as the Hashems and the Gays shared their feelings with approximately 2500 people attending the dedication of the 9-11 Memorial. This monument honors the 2973 victims of 9-11, two of which, Peter Hashem and Peter Gay, were citizens of Tewksbury. We are proud to say that in less than 1 year's time, the people of a little town called Tewksbury, together with the help of many, were able to erect a grand monument that proudly symbolizes one big message...
"We Will Never Forget September 11, 2001."
